THE HOLLOW SONG

Sometimes the wilderness in the sky of justice lies

There dies wrath as the poem in willful silence cries

Where did your stories go

Where did thy wailing winds blow

In solitude in calmness the darkness sweeps

To subdue the wandering broken weeps

My bones are weak my flesh fails

In mundane knowledge the misery trails

Fate has its funny ways

Death has its sunny days

Ill not be forsaken I say

God bless me its not my play

Truth the bright light is veiled

Sorry but my destiny is forever sealed

The splinters of that shattered dream fall

To injure the eye of hope striding tall

Restore my sanity I plead, restore my peace please

No…….stay thirsty lie hungry and live in disease

The journey is far from complete

neither started nor replete
